Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will contribute to the accomplishment of human resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented culture with high performance standards.
Job Objectives:
1. To create an employee-orientated company culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
2. To conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings in line with Company policy.
Key Responsibilities:

* Employee personnel files maintenance according to applicable legal requirements (GDPR & HIQA).
* Support for employee health and safety, welfare & wellness.
