Louth Salary -up to €80k plus benefits packagePermanent PositionOur client who are an award winning, multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This company have over 30 years' experience within the Construction Industry.You will be based on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda, this is a permanent position which will be ongoing over the next 2 years.Responsibilities Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractorsGiving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completionRequirements Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade backgroundSound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and building regulationsSelf-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlookFor further information -Please apply with your CV in confidence
