Client Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Service Advisor. The primary purpose of this role is to perform broking duties for a portfolio of clients and deliver a high level of client service to support the business in achieving its objectives. Our objectives focus on clients, financials, people, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform broking for a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, claims, and mid-term alterations and queries.
* Provide excellent client service efficiently and courteously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Develop an understanding of each client's business and culture.
* Support and identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
* Build and maintain beneficial relationships with insurers.
* Follow company procedures for renewals and new business.
* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Participate in project work.
* Provide technical support to colleagues and assist in resolving client issues.
* Build relationships and collaborate with various teams across local and offshore operations.
* Represent WTW’s purpose, values, and culture, understanding our clients’ businesses.
Qualifications
Requirements
* Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
* Previous experience with an insurer or broker.
* Strong client advocacy skills.
* Willingness to take early responsibility.
* Passion for learning about the insurance industry.
* Proactive, hardworking, and adaptable.
* Problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
