You will ideally have:10+ years' experience in compliance, risk or audit, with a track record in senior leadershipExtensive knowledge of life insurance, pensions, and general insurance (GI/PI) – this is essentialExperience working within a regulated financial services firmStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skillsExcellent leadership and people management ability, with a strategic mindsetPrior PCF approval is advantageousRole and Reporting LinesThis role reports to the CEO and will lead an experienced team of individuals.
