Job Role: Support Worker
Our team is seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting others and be committed to promoting independence and person-centred planning.
Key responsibilities will include providing daily living assistance, supporting users in meeting their short-term and long-term goals, and contributing to the daily running of the service.
* Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or relevant field
* Full driving license and access to own transport
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
