Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our team.
* As part of this role, you will support senior surveyors in delivering high-quality valuation reports for clients across commercial, residential, and specialist property sectors.
* The successful candidate will work on valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land, with a focus on landlord & Tenant and related areas, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
* Your primary objective will be to provide clients with robust, well-considered valuations and reports, while working independently or assisting with the completion of valuations to the highest professional standards.
* You will also contribute to the periodic review of team processes and procedures, as well as share your knowledge within the team and the wider group.
