Catering Officer Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Officer to join our team in a Healthcare unit in Dublin City. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3 years experience in a management role in a catering establishment, preferably in a healthcare setting;
* Knowledge of HACCP systems and quality checks;
* Degree or diploma in hotel & catering or chef qualification;
As a Catering Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily catering operations;
* Checking HACCP records;
* Overseeing production in the main kitchen;
* Ensuring compliance with modified diets and dietary requirements;
* Staff rostering and training;
* Food orders and invoicing;
* Monitoring hand hygiene and patient satisfaction;
* Assisting with food service as required;
* Carrying out administrative tasks.
