Duties· Answer and manage incoming customer calls, providing a professional first point of contact.· Create and process sales orders accurately in the internal system.· Prepare clear pricing and follow up with customers as needed.· Manage and respond to website enquiries in a timely manner.· Process website orders end-to-end, ensuring fulfilment.· Update and maintain the web shop (product details, pricing, images, and stock status).· Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and deliver great service.· Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.· Other projects or tasks as identified by Qparts ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: From €1.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
