**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform direct fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure timely shipments of quality products.
2. Work efficiently and maximize output by manually assembling systems using torque drivers and hardware, testing completed systems according to work processes, pulling necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations, performing back flush operations on computer operating systems, conducting physical inventory in designated areas, maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.
3. Review assembly documentation for accuracy. Develop training methods for new product development. Work with group leaders to ensure current documentation is correct.
4. Create ECRs for process improvements or corrections and track them. Adhere to safety rules and use protective equipment as required. Follow company security procedures.
The goal is efficient production, maintaining the highest level of quality control throughout every stage of our manufacturing operation.
