About the role
We're hiring on behalf of a long-established Irish main contractor for a senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and report directly to the Directors. You'll drive programme, cost, quality and safety from pre-construction through PC/handover.
Key responsibilities
Lead several projects (new build, refurbishment, fit-out) from pre-con to handover.
Set delivery strategy, programmes, resources and risk controls.
Chair progress, design/M&E interface and H&S meetings; unblock issues fast.
Oversee procurement and commercial control with PM/QS teams.
Protect contractual position (RFI/CE/claims); ensure accurate reporting to Directors.
Mentor PMs, Site Managers and Engineers; embed QA/QC and close-out excellence.
Maintain strong client/consultant relationships and drive repeat business.Requirements
15+ years' construction experience, incl. Irish main contractor experience.
Track record managing multiple concurrent projects to time and budget.
Solid knowledge of Irish contract forms (e.g., RIAI, PW-CF, NEC).
Strong programming, risk, commercial and stakeholder skills.
Degree in Construction/Engineering or trade background; full driving licence.
Familiar with digital tools (MS Project/Primavera; snag/QA platforms).
Work authorisation in Ireland (required). Safe Pass (preferred).How to apply
