*Cork or Dublin* Excellent opportunity for a Marine Engineer to act as a Principal Design Lead with 8+ years experience to join an award-winning Irish owned Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Dublin and Cork. The Principal Design Lead will have a strong background in structural or geotechnical design, with over 8 years of relevant industry experience. As Principal Design Lead you will be given the opportunity to exercise critical analysis, initiative and design skills to the fullest on such projects. You will be leading structural or geotechnical design, overseeing the design aspects of projects from inception to completion. The ideal Marine Engineer would be client facing, and comfortable with technical delivery and project management. You will work as a fundamental part of a team in this company which has a very friendly working environment. Key Requirements: Level 8 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. The successful Marine Engineer should have a minimum of 5+ years structural/Marine design experience in Ireland or the UK Experience using CAD and REVIT Strong problem solving skills. Effective communication skills.
