What Is The Role
Our vision in Branch Banking is to be the best bank in every community. The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day. The position is customer facing and a full time, office‑based role.
Key Accountabilities
Drive an excellent customer experience and achieve agreed service standards, working with customers to provide suitable banking options.
Maintain an innovative approach, always seeking ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments.

Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise.

APA/ QFA desirable but you can achieve qualification as part of this role if not already held.
