Job SummaryThe Senior Cluster Manager is a strategic position with Tech Industry Alliance andwillbe responsible for supporting, developing and growing the membership base across the South-West Region. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the person willplay a pivotal role in driving membership growth, engagement, creating a strong brand presence and revenue generation across the South-West region, with a particular focus on Cork. Working as part of the Tech Industry Alliance (TIA) team, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of the regional membership strategy, strengthen member and stakeholder relationships and enhance the member value proposition of the organisation.This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong relationship management skills, a track record in business development, and the ability to represent TIA credibly within the tech ecosystem.Supporting MembersDevelop a network of contacts inside and outside the membership baseTaking input from members on supports neededAttending and supporting the organisation of TIA events in the regionKeeping a pulse on the region in terms of what's happening from a business and technology standpoint to ensure TIA is always aligned to membershipProviding strategic input to TIA aligned to membership needsDevelopment and Growth of the NetworkAct as a TIA Ambassador to the business and tech community in CorkRepresent TIA at regional and industry events, proactively network to build connections and strengthen partnerships with members, local enterprises, universities, and public bodies.Grow the membership across the entire Cork region focusing on tech companies from start-ups to SMEs and MNCs.Secure and grow sponsorship for TIA's flagship events, developing sponsorship packages and managing sponsor relationships before and after events.Manage TIA's presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and other external events to attract new members and sponsors.Support the planning and delivery of events in Cork, ensuring strong attendance, high engagement, and a positive experience for members.Prepare regular reports on membership growth, engagement, and revenue performance.This position would suit someone who has, and would like to add to, an existing portfolio of projects.
