IT Operations Specialist

• Provide first and second-line technical support to employees across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and minor networking issues.
• Manage and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to maintain and improve IT infrastructure.
• Take responsibility for IT projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed on time & successfully.
• Document IT processes, issue resolutions, and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset.
