The Role
As an
HR Administrator
, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our HR function. From preparing contracts and maintaining employee records, to supporting recruitment and handling day-to-day queries, you'll be the first point of contact for many employees and managers.

foundation in HR administration
who wants to grow and progress in their career.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage HR administration including contracts, employee records, starters/leavers, and benefits.
* Support the recruitment process: posting roles, scheduling interviews, preparing induction packs.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a professional and efficient response.
* Support HR projects and initiatives across learning, health & safety, and employee engagement.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement – we're always asking,
"How can we do things better?"
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years' HR administration/coordination experience (Irish market experience preferred).
* Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A positive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); HRIS or time & attendance system experience a plus.
* Ability to commute to
Swords
(role is onsite, driving preferred though the office is also on a bus route).
