**Job Title:** Operations Director


Job Description

This role oversees the lifecycle of contract document creation and management within a large-scale infrastructure project. The operations director coordinates drafting, formatting, and delivery of contract documents that meet organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

The operations director ensures consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all contract document outputs while implementing best practices in contract document control and version management. They play a key role in identifying process improvements, managing production workflows, and ensuring that contract document services align with the needs of internal teams and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 10+ years' experience: In a similar Document Production Manager role on another large-scale infrastructure project.
* Good understanding: Of commercial set-up, risk allocation, and supply chain management.
* Experience: Of major infrastructure programme contract strategy and selection, and development of contract requirements, processes, and procedures, systems, and tools.
* Knowledge: Of procurement of European procurement directives, EU public/utilities civil, contract law, and construction procurement as a client or for client bodies.
* Ability: To report timely and accurate management information, and to write, document, and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and workflows.
