Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Growth Manager to enhance revenue across two leading hotels in Cork, focusing on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) market as well as leisure groups.
This is a high-impact role combining proactive business development, account management, and strategic revenue planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative solutions and effective relationship building with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and win new group business in the MICE and leisure markets
* Develop tailored proposals and deliver engaging client presentations
* Build long-term relationships with corporate, leisure, and event clients
* Collaborate with sales, revenue, and marketing teams to achieve business goals
* Represent the hotels at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines, conversion tracking, and client data
* Coordinate cross-property packages to maximise guest experience
Requirements
* Proven track record in business development or sales within hospitality (MICE/leisure focus preferred)
* Strong client relationship and account management skills
* Commercially minded with experience in achieving revenue targets
* Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
* Comfortable representing the brand at events and trade shows
* Proficient in CRM and reporting tools; strong organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
