Human Resources Partner Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* This includes providing strategic and operational support to management and employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice, and will be able to analyse HR data and identify trends to support effective decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing advice, coaching and support to managers and employees
2. Partnering with site leaders to understand business needs and deliver HR guidance
3. Supporting talent acquisition, workforce planning and recruitment activity
4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
* A HR or related third-level qualification
* Minimum of five years' experience in a HR Business Partner or People Partner role
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills, highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
