CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST (FIXED TERM)
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Dublin. This is a fixed-term position, ideal for someone with strong experience in front desk operations and a background in Corporate, Legal, or Financial firms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting clients and meeting guests with professionalism and courtesy.
* Handling high volumes of telephone calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Booking internal meeting rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics as required.
* Arranging transportation, issuing swipe cards, and managing administrative tasks.
* Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.

* You are an extremely reliable and professional individual with experience working in corporate environments.
* You possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and multitask efficiently.
* Your communication skills are engaging, confident, and effective, both written and verbal.
* You are well-organized, able to work independently, and have a natural ability to fit into a busy team environment.
* A background in a corporate setting and experience working as part of a team is essential.
* You are dependable, flexible, and capable of working shifts, including early starts and late finishes.
* You understand the importance of confidentiality and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
