Job Title: Quality Manager (1215 Month FTC Maternity Cover) Location: Dublin Reports To: Technical Manager Were seeking a Quality Manager for a 1215 month maternity cover with a leading food company in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance while working with cross-functional teams and global supply partners. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards Conduct inspections, manage complaints, and lead root cause investigations Maintain quality documentation and support audits (BRC, HACCP, QMS) Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders Champion continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Profile 3+ years in QA/Technical role in food/beverage (dairy a plus) Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems Excellent attention to detail, communication, and ERP/Excel skills Flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented Whats on Offer Fixed-term contract with solid onboarding Salary 55-58K + 5% Bonus + Pension (doubles pension contribution up to 8%) Exposure to global quality and supply chain standards #LI-JM2 Skills: QA HACCP Dairy
