Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) is recruiting for a Programme Facilitator to join our team in Greenacres Community.

Hours: Part time (35 hours per week)
Salary: €35,564 - €43,000 per annum

What you will need:
* Hold a qualification at Level 6 or above on the QQI Framework – or equivalent qualification in Community/Health, Social Care or Education.
* Have 2 years of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
* Experience running programmes for adults with an intellectual disability/autism.
* Understanding of the New Directions model of day support services, as developed by the HSE, and willingness to promote this model.
* Ability to follow plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of the individuals supported.
* Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
* A full driver's licence and availability of own car, an essential requirement.
* Ability to contribute towards supporting, coaching, managing, motivating and developing a mixed workforce of volunteers and employees.
