Operations Manager (Co Clare) Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by expanding electrical contractor in Co Clare to recruit an operations manager. The role will be based in Co Clare. Duties: Plan and manage daily/ weekly schedules for company. Coordinate material, access and timelines for jobs. Use software systems to track, jobs, progress and clients. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track. Identify and improve inefficiencies in scheduling and workflow. Requirements. Operations experience in construction, electrical or similar industries Experience in working with scheduling software. Scheduling and planning ability.
