 
        
        This Supervisor Position would be perfect for a real foodie who is passionate about excellent customer service. This is a full time and permanent job with sociable working hours. The ideal candidate will have 2+ year's supervisor/management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café establishment.
Competitive salary on offer for the right candidate, must have wine & bar experience.
Duties and Responsibilities as Café Manager:
 * Training and developing the staff
 * Leading the team in terms of providing excellent customer service
 * Maintaining excellent site standards
 * Meeting HACCP and food safety standards
 * Liaising with the Chef
Requirements of the Manager job:
 * Previous experience managing a café or restaurant
 * Wine skills, with a knowledge and understanding of wine.
 * Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent knowledge of HACCP
 * Exceptional organisational skills
