Our client is seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the delivery of water sector projects. Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
* Lead and manage project teams, comprising engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers, subcontractors, and support staff.
* Foster effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in project/site management, with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Proven track record of delivering MEICA projects, preferably within the water industry.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent communication skills.
