I’m delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client in Dublin City who are searching for a talented Senior Recruiter to join their team on a 6‑month contract. It’s an exciting opportunity to step into a position where you’ll have true ownership, make a visible impact, and work closely with international teams across EMEA.
The Role:
As the lead recruiter for EMEA, you will:
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate roles.
* Proactively source and engage high‑quality talent through multiple channels.
* Build and maintain pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to advise on best hiring practices.
* Lead offer management, negotiations, and smooth onboarding handovers.
* Ensure all processes are compliant with local employment regulations.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts in the European market.
About You:
* 5+ years’ recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring.
* Track record of filling roles across multiple European markets.
* Strong sourcing skills with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Able to balance both technical and non‑technical hiring.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
* Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
