The successful candidate will work directly under a Project Manager and alongside a Site Engineer. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities to move onto different projects afterwards.ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections and maintain attendance recordsUpdate site safety records and register audit sign-offsCarry out site quality inspections and record findings (particularly for Irish Water projects)Order and record deliveries of concrete, stone, aggregates, and other materialsAttend site meetings, take minutes, and update work programmesUpdate BCaR recordsManage subcontractors on a day-to-day basisPrepare snagging sheets and sign off when works are completeIdeal Candidate ProfileGraduate in Civil Engineering (1–2 years out of college) in Ireland.Some site-based experience in Ireland (a few months minimum)Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and learn quicklyEnthusiasm to build a career in site managementWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of managing building sites.
