As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this bustling venue, which is open 7 days a week and thrives on its popularity with locals and tourists alike.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Deputy General Management, preferably in a similar position or as an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager looking to take their next career step.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing large teams and overseeing different departments within the business
* Ensuring excellent leadership, management, organisation, communication and time management skills are maintained
* Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives to guarantee high-quality products and ingredients
* Generating new ideas and concepts for revenue streams
* Working flexible hours, including late nights, afternoons, weekends and bank holidays
