Job Overview

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage finance and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring to provide informed financial decisions.
3. Support the preparation of management reports and contribute to process improvements.
4. Prepare information for audits and compliance checks, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential employee and financial records.
6. Monitor financial systems and identify areas for improvement.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and diary management. Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems, overseeing office supplies and facilities. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
