About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, compliance, and business growth.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the renewals and new business process for Personal and Commercial Insurance clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of Personal and Commercial Insurance, with experience in policy renewals and new business.
* APA or CIP qualification (or grandfathered in insurance sales).
* A proven track record in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team within the insurance or financial services industry.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
