Mayo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead a well-established bar team in a high-end setting renowned for its exceptional service, world-class guest experience, and picturesque location. As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the bar. You will lead and inspire a team, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of premium beverages, cocktails, and wine, coupled with a passion for guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's bar and beverage outlets. Train, lead, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service. Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service. Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory systems efficiently. Create seasonal beverage menus and cocktail offerings in collaboration with the team. Monitor and control budgets, labour costs, and profitability. Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to. Work closely with senior management on promotional events and service improvements. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology, and premium beverage service. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
