Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager II to join our team in an Oncology Services setting. This is a permanent full-time contract opportunity that will enable you to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to make a significant impact.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Oncology Day Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless delivery of services. They will be accountable for leading a team of nursing professionals, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Oncology Experience: A minimum of four years' experience working in an oncology setting, with at least two years' management experience.
* Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage resources efficiently, and implement change initiatives.
* Nursing Management Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in nursing management competencies such as IV/Oral Chemotherapy administration, CVAD device care, IV cannulation & venepuncture.
