Position Title: National Account Manager, Ireland & UK

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director, UK & Ireland

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced energetic and commercially focused National Account Manager to lead the development and growth of some of our key customer accounts across the UK&I region, with a primary focus on Ireland. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with major retailers, wholesalers, or partners to drive sales, improve profitability, and ensure long-term business success. This is a critical role for our growth in the Irish and wider market, requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to account development.

As a National Account Manager you will have a recognised history in the Mobile Accessories Industry alongside a proven track record of positioning multiple brands in a highly competitive landscape. Your time will be spent managing your portfolio, generating new business and cultivate existing relationships. In addition, you will be required to grow your region and meet targets and maintain budgets. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding profit and revenue goals across key Retail, Telecom and Distribution channels, working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Planning and Operations to initiate, execute and fulfil the necessary product portfolio’s to achieve those goals.

Main Responsibilities:


* 35% Sales Management
* Manage and grow existing national accounts in Ireland, delivering against revenue, margin, and growth objectives
* Identify new business opportunities within current accounts and in the broader Irish market.
* Working closely with customers to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
* Directs new product launches, initiatives and promotions execution within accounts
* Present regular business reviews and new product launches
* Oversees promotions, MDF, accounts, customer and channel level financials
* Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
* You will build relationships and meet directly with our existing customers and identify new opportunities to acquire new business.
* Reach quantitative and qualitative targets
* Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and relevant trade shows
* 25% Department/Team Management
o Understand and implement against the play book to achieve unit budget plan, profitability and portfolio targets
+ Drive Account and Opportunity plans
+ Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency within those accounts
o Ensure quarterly revenue and profit targets for the business are achieved
o Own budgets and manage P&L’s by Account
* 20% Strategy
o Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
o Own the revenue targets for target Accounts and new business
o Accountability and ensure we meet targets
o Presents strategy and status updates on Accounts and Channels as necessary
o Ability to pinpoint areas of opportunity at multiple levels
* 15% Travel
* 5% Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

* 3-5 years of relevant experience in Mobile Accessories
* Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
* Strong customer centricity and engagement abilities
* Well-developed negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship building skill set
* Established relationships with industry contacts in key customers, both existing and potential
* Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth with customer accounts.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
