Job Description
Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service in Galway. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the service's day-to-day running.
Qualifications
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
* Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
