The role of a Global Human Resources Professional is pivotal in shaping the company's HR operations worldwide. This position involves hands-on responsibilities for a highly capable and collaborative HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, contracts, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
* Partner with managers to address HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Maintain compliance with employment legislation across multiple regions (initial focus on Ireland and EMEA).
* Support the rollout of global HR systems, ensuring accurate and consistent HR data management.
* Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
* Contribute to HR policy creation, employee handbooks, and global process alignment.
* Support employee relations cases and escalate where necessary.
* Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
* Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives that foster a cohesive workplace environment.
* Prepare and deliver HR reporting and metrics for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist/HR operations roles with exposure to international HR practices.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; experience with EMEA or global jurisdictions is an advantage.
* Proven ability to manage HR administration, employee queries, and HRIS systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
