Job Title – Project Manager

About the Company:
INFORM3 are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to manage the team of engineers to deliver the execution of projects so that everything is delivered safe, effectively and on schedule for our successful client company in West Dublin.
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and control project activities to fulfil project objectives and satisfy project and product requirements, ensuring the deliverables of the project team comply with the company’s quality and business processes.
This is an exciting time to join a highly dedicated team of motivated individuals, with a lot happening and an eager attitude for work. The successful candidate should have 4-5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry.
Key Roles:
* Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project team.
* Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfil project objectives and satisfy project and product requirements, ensuring the deliverables of the project team comply with the company’s quality and business processes.
* Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion.
* Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality expectations.
* Deliver accurate, concise and high-quality project documentation.
* Manage the timely resolution of issues and concerns, engaging with stakeholders with a solution focused approach.
* Management of project teams covering engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors and support staff.
* Client liaison and stakeholder management.
* Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the full project life cycle.
* Ensure responsibility of managing Health & Safety on project and implementing company safety procedures.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality requirements, financial controls, health and safety regulations, etc.
* Liaise with QA/QC to ensure full compliance of all work and industry requirements.
* Manage the site supervision team including all the engineers and supervisors.
Experience:
* 3+ years’ experience in relevant Senior Mechanical/Project Management Role.
* Degree or equivalent Ideally hold a relevant Engineering, Project Management or Similar. (Project Management Certification is preferred).
* Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site.
* Have extensive knowledge of injection moulding & mould tooling.
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of QMS principles.
* Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a large team.
