Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Person In Charge (PIC). As PIC, you will be responsible for the overall management of our service, including providing high-quality care and support to our residents, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards.
* Manage a team of staff and provide mentorship and leadership.
* Coordinate appointments with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Ensure high-quality care plans and reviews.
* Maintain relationships with family and friends, and access professional supports as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a related field, along with at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
