The Role
* Lead the day-to-day running of a childcare centre
* Create a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff
* Manage staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance
* Build strong relationships with parents and families
Requirements
* 3+ years' childcare management experience
* Level 6 QQI Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for early childhood development
* Willingness to travel and work across our centres as part of training (including time working in rooms)
