Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at our Navan Road dealership, representing the Opel brand. This exciting opportunity involves promoting Opel vehicles, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. You will be responsible for actively promoting Opel products, maximizing profitability across the value chain, and implementing the Bright sales process.



Key Responsibilities:


* Actively promote Opel Vehicles and achieve agreed sales targets
* Proactively sell new and used vehicles, maximising profitability across the value chain
* Deliver excellence in customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
* Consistently implement the Bright sales process
* Accurately record all prospect and customer details, sales activities, and documentation in the CRM system in a timely and consistent manner that complies with all GDPR requirements
* Present finance options (PCP, HP, Leasing) and work closely with the Business Manager to achieve retail finance penetration targets



Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, minimum 3 years experience in a target-driven sales environment, certified and qualified to sell consumer and business finance solutions, a customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude, digitally competent in developing and presenting on camera for posting to customers and on social media, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, proficient in Dealer Management Systems and CRM tools, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and full, clean driving licence.
