Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist
About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial due diligence services to clients through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
- Interpret and analyze financial and commercial information and deliver findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital and balance sheets.
- Identify potential key issues for clients, including risk or equity price impacts.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, as well as a strong academic record. Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail are essential, along with commercial and market awareness. A highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment is also required. Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence are necessary.
