Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and supervise a staff team in our day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex needs, experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and community-based support experience.
They should be able to develop and implement person-centered programs and demonstrate flexibility in their hours of work when needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise a staff team to ensure up-to-date knowledge of current policy and legislation relevant to the sector.
* Develop and implement person-centered programs to meet the needs of service users.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Ensure high-quality care is delivered to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field.
* Train the Trainer certification.
* A full manual driver's license and access to personal transport.
* Fluency in verbal and written English.
