We want coaches who are comfortable conversing, empathising and helping people feel comfortable when they attend a class.Fitness experience is important but isn't absolutely necessary. Applicants will eventually have to deliver the amazing BikeRowSki experience to 15+ members. We love individuals with some BikeRowSki experience and require you to have attended classes with us.
