We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join a greenfield pharmaceutical site build based on-site in Dublin.
This is a 12-month contract role focused on delivering the full infrastructure setup—covering both office and lab environments. Ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-paced setting.
You will need experience within Pharma, Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
* Lead the on-site IT infrastructure setup for a new pharma site
* Install/configure network switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and structured cabling (CAT6)
* Manage patching, rack layouts, power, and physical build coordination
* Work closely with project managers, vendors, and facilities teams
* Ensure infrastructure meets GMP and compliance standards
* Support connectivity, access, monitoring, and readiness for go-live
* Create network documentation, SOPs, and validation inputs
What You’ll Bring:
* 8+ years in IT infrastructure roles across enterprise environments
* Strong track record with network installs, physical setups, and troubleshooting
* Experience with Cisco/HPE/Aruba, Wi-Fi deployments, VLANs
* Familiarity with GMP or pharmaceutical regulatory standards
* Experience supporting greenfield setups or major infrastructure rollouts
* Comfortable on-site, hands-on, and self-directed
* Validation/commissioning exposure in regulated environments
* Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
