About the Role
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day compliance strategy across our F&SS business, coordinating training needs with the Head of Operations and divisional managers, and overseeing both internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day management of the compliance strategy across the F&SS business.
* Coordinate training needs with the Head of Operations and divisional managers.
* Oversee both internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and interpret relevant compliance standards and regulations, identifying necessary actions in response to changes.
* Manage subcontractor compliance in line with group operating procedures.
* Act as the key point of contact for compliance, training, and health & safety queries across departments.
* Evaluate and implement effective compliance strategies to minimize risks.
* Deliver H&S training, conduct accident investigations, and facilitate toolbox talks.
* Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports and maintain accurate compliance register.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a compliance role or function.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Health & Safety management.
* Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety, Compliance, or a related discipline.
* Strong background in training delivery and development planning.
* Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
