Project Coordinator (AutoCAD) - Magherafelt - Permanent On behalf of our client we seeking a Drainage Specials Coordinator to join their Technical Department in the Mid Ulster area. The successful candidate will be involved from enquiries to deliveries of precast concrete products, generally associated with civil engineering projects. About the role: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum Monday to Friday Contributory pension scheme. £500 Refer a Friend Scheme payable to both new and referring employee. Employee Assistance Programme. Fixed location What you'll be doing in this role: Reading and interpreting customer drawings, producing a breakdown of the materialsrequired. Pricing bespoke products & creatingquotations. Processing & breaking down customerorders Co-ordinating projects and maintaining projectrecords. Producing all relevant documentation & drawings for production team &customers Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, andcolleagues. Ordering various products relating to customerorders Calling off products fordelivery Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of theirwork. Organising & prioritising projects based on customerrequirements Providing technical support and advice for customers andcontractors Any other reasonable duties as requested bymanagement. What you'll need for this role: English & Maths equivalent to Grade C orabove. Exceptional attention todetail. Good computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particularExcel. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently. Ability to work on own initiative but understand level of responsibility within theteam. Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten. Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors &consultants. Demonstrate the ability to work calmly underpressure. Be a highly motivated individual with initiative, self-confidence, with the drive and ability to work under their own direction or within a team of professionals.
