Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticActivity Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a stimulating and varied programme of leisure activities and social events that support the well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Encourage resident participation in meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and choice. Plan and deliver a diverse schedule of indoor and outdoor leisure activities and social events. Engage with new residents to understand their preferences, abilities, and needs to create tailored social care plans. Review and update individual activity care plans regularly. Initiate connections with local community groups to bring external engagement opportunities into the home. Enable residents to maintain or develop hobbies and interests. Recruit and coordinate a network of volunteers to enhance the variety and frequency of social opportunities available. Collaborate with the care team to assess and support residents individual interests and preferences.
