Due to continued expansion, we now require a Site Manager for a full-time role based in Limerick. The role of the Site Manager is to ensure efficient management of a building site, to provide a safe working environment, and adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity. Delivery of high quality projects, snag free on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed.
2. Front-line management of all industrial relations matters.
3. Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved.
4. Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing construction sites.
