Systems AnalystDublinGerson Lehrman GroupWe are looking for a Systems Analyst to work in our Dublin office. This individual will serve as a point of contact for users' software and hardware support issues and will also work with other members of the IT department for quick and efficient resolutions. This individual must also be comfortable working independently and be willing to proactively take on a range of responsibilities, including:Work in concert with other members of the IT department to troubleshoot technical problemsLog incidents into the Helpdesk ticketing system and resolve them in a timely mannerProvide support for in-house web applications and proprietary softwareMaintain an accurate inventory list of all IT equipmentCreate and update documentation for current and developed processesAssist and work with the IT Operations teams to troubleshoot issuesAssist colleagues with technical projects from planning to setup of software/hardware productsBuild positive relationships with all internal departments to deliver a high level of serviceCustomer service focus required, with strong communication skills and a positive attitudeWhite glove executive support experience is preferredExcellent communications skills, both verbal and written are requiredNOTE: This role will require travel to our Dublin or Barcelona offices approximately once a month for urgent on-site or IT-related needs.Experience Needed/Preferred:At least 1 year of IT support experience1-2 years of Office 365 and Active Directory experience required1-2 years of desktop/laptop support experiencemacOS support/troubleshooting, Jamf management experience (a plus)Zoom AV support, administration, and troubleshooting experience is a plusExperience at a geographically diverse mid-sized company working with remote offices and teamsDemonstrated ability to simultaneously and successfully handle multiple disparate tasksAbility to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users at all levelsMust work well in collaborative work environmentMust be able to adhere to standard operating procedures and policiesMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to learnEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredEntry-level certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft certifications are a plus
