The Fellow will contribute to diagnostics, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement related to EU–Africa transport links, port-led development models, and intermodal logistics systems.Based in Dublin, the candidate will also support projects with a strong emphasis on innovation in digital infrastructure, multimodal transport integration, and development finance alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comparative research on logistics corridors and infrastructure bottlenecksDraft technical briefs, concept notes, and regional infrastructure strategiesSupport stakeholder mapping and consultation frameworks with EU and Global South partnersAssist in development of investment cases and donor coordination materialsHelp develop data dashboards and spatial mapping tools for corridor performance tracking.Preferred QualificationsDegree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics2–5 years' experience in infrastructure development, economic strategy, or multilateral coordinationKnowledge of EU development instruments, transport policy, and regional integration mechanismsExcellent research and writing skillsFluency in EnglishApplication InstructionsTo apply, please send your CV and a brief statement of interest.
