* Sourcing candidates using advertising, search, and networking methods.

* Developing expertise in specialist sectors and markets recruited in.
* Preparing candidates and clients for interviews and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
* 2-3 years of previous sales or recruitment experience.
* Proven experience in agency recruitment or sales with a willingness to learn.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
* Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
