The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
* Meet customers, plan jobs and design proposals packs.
* Conduct client consultations and site assessments to understand customer needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
* Prepare and deliver engaging proposals and presentations
* Maintain accurate records using CRM software and other sales tools
* Manage administrative tasks including client correspondence and reporting
* Collaborate with the wider Eirsolar team to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery
* Manage and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, web enquiries, and referrals
* Proactively generate outbound leads through prospecting, networking, and local engagement
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy or a related sector
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
* Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full clean driving licence (required)
* Based in Co. Dublin with willingness to travel as needed throughout Leinster
